Make Your Reality a Dream

I have a client who was being sued by her ex-husband. She wanted to settle out of court with him, and suggested paying him half one month and the rest the next. He refused.

She had absolutely no idea how they would possibly be able to settle out of court without a judgment against her, since he refused to negotiate.

On top of that, she was on probation at work and was in fear that she’d lose her job.
By all appearances, she was in crisis.

But miracles aren’t made with the physical evidence around us; miracles are made when we access higher vibrations, work in inspired action, and look beyond our surroundings to the possibilities that linger there.

I told her to get into inspired action. Vital to her success, however, was how she chose to show up during this time. If she was in doubt or fear, it would immobilize her and freeze her miracle. We could both feel that she was at a pivotal moment; now was the time for her to show up as the person she WANTED to be, and to make the decisions THAT version of her would make.

I got an email from her a couple of weeks later. She got into trust and kept her head in the game by reminding herself she was safe no matter what happened. That led her to inspired action and she paid her ex half anyway, even though he’d refused her initial offer. Next she called the court to see what paperwork she needed to fill out to file an extension and give her a bit of breathing room, and to her astonishment was told that he had dropped the suit and had agreed to settle out of court! She was safe!

But the miracles didn’t end there.

During a performance evaluation she was told how much they loved her work—so not only would she be passing her probation, she’d be doing it with a thumbs up! And this came from someone who she felt had never appreciated her work and contribution before.

She’d been wanting a faster, newer computer for years but never had the money to get one. Out of nowhere a coworker told her about a computer that fit all of her needs, came complete with upgraded software and other programs that would allow her to work from home instead of staying in the office until 10 at night, and would literally catapult her forward in her projects. And he wanted to sell it to her for $250! With all the programs included, the computer was easily worth $2200, but he didn’t need it and practically gifted it to her.

Since she’d determined to show up as the true version of herself, no matter what circumstances looked like, she broke a lifelong pattern of procrastination by forcing herself to sit down and do her taxes, even though there was no deadline looming. It was hard: it took her hours, her mind kept trying to distract her with other things she could do, but she forced herself to stay in her chair until she was done. And at the end of it, she discovered she’d be getting a $1500 refund!

Not only that, but that money was in her account within a week.

When we talked, she kept saying, “These things just don’t happen.” Ahh, but they do. When you dismiss the physical evidence, stay in faith and gratitude, and inspired action, it literally creates miracles. And it creates them quickly. All of this turnaround happened within a 10 day period.

The biggest miracle all of, she said, was her. SHE created the miracle, even though she had no idea how it would all work out. Now she knows this works, and she can create anything she wants. “I’m the miracle!” she told me. And I agreed with her wholeheartedly!

If she can create miracles, you can too. Because you are also the miracle. You literally have the power within you to create miracles out of your mess.
